I felt sorry for him having to sell this until I came across the amounts he told the Bankruptcy proceedings he needed for the year: ~€250k just to live which included €20k to lease his 7 Series and X5 BMWs for the year and €52k rent on his current georgian house for the year.

Now my heart bleeds...
