Discount for Direct Debits removed - but I didn't request it...

    Hello, another query

    I recently got a letter notifying me that a discount for signing up to yourselves via Direct Debit had been removed from my account because I'd removed the Direct Debit.

    Problem is I didn't request the Direct Debit to be removed, nor was I notified by yourselves or my bank (BOI) that there was any problem in either payment or the debit.

    Can you help please?

    Can you private message me your Electric Ireland account number and your address in full as it appears on your account, as well as either your date of birth or the contact telephone number on your account?
