congrats to all the organizers, instructors and attendee's it was a great days training and was great to see so many new and familiar face's from the previous events.

the instructors on the day included
Jon O`neill : Bahala Na Giron Arnis
    Noel Mc Hugh :Nickelstick Balintawak
    Paul Cox :Doce Pares Eskrima
    Dave Hedges:Wild geese
    John Hoey:Warriors Eskrima
    Harry Minogue:Corto Combate Eskrima
    Donal Connaughton: LFS Eskrima

the day covered a wide breadth of the Filipino Arts, everything from close quarter (Balintawak) to long range filipino (bahala na giron arnis) stick fighting, traditional Doce Pares disarms and joint locks, stick grappling (warriors eskrima), commonalities in fma (LFS eskrima) and reverse grip knife and empty-hands, great day out and looking forward to the next one.

Once again big thanks goes to the instructors who taught and the organizers Jon O'Neill & Noel McHugh.
