Irish Rail booking question

I think I know the answer to this but if you select Dublin City Centre when booking a ticket online doesn't it allow you to use the Luas for 1.60 extra on top of the train fare?

I think it does but when checked it offered the bus as the option and nothing about Luas.

Not 100% sure but would it be a bus/luas add-on for €1.60 each way meaning one can get the bus or the luas?
