Can't view??????

Hi,

Was out tonight and set recorder on a Humax HDR with 2 feeds from dish to record BBC1HD, Ripper Street, and Channel 5, Person of Interest.
Home now and the only other channels I can view are 5USA, and 5* and the plus one versions. All the others are greyed out, why?

I thought that with a Humax you could record 2 and watch a third!!!

How, you've 2 feeds? It may be possible if you have two of them on the same satellite transponder, but those channels aren't

Because the Humax has only 2x tuners and the channels you chose to record are on different transponders. Therefore, the third channel you can view must be on the same transponder as either BBC1HD or Channel 5.

Thanks Apogee for quick response.
I was actually trying to view BBC Three, so I presume it is not on the same transponder as BBC1HD.
ALL channels are not viewable, even shopping, Channel 4, Movies etc, etc....................
Perhaps if I had just recorded from BBC1, not HD, I could then have more choice? :rolleyes:

Two cables means limited to 2 transponders. You can see here what transponders channels are on and what channels are with them
