Criminal record check

    I've been offered to work in a Summer camp in Germany this June however I need to show a criminal record check. How would I go about getting one, and how long would it take/cost?

    You can request a police certificate, that will specify if you have any convictions or none, I know they issue certificates for consular authorities, not sure if they do it for general/work related matters. Check with your local Garda station, you will also need ID (passport etc). This is not the same as Garda vetting. Garda vetting is not available to individuals.
