For laughs I think they should pick on better films rather than the obvious choices. For instance, Prometheus probably deserved one for worst plot or most idiotic character, The Dark Knight Rises for most farcical vocal exchange between charaters and most gimmicky plot device. Maybe have them as surprise nominations throughout the night, peppered between the more traditional awards.

Picking on an Adam Sandler or Twilight film, despite how terrible they are, is just shooting fish in a barrel.

^ Exactly, the razzies is too easy, whats the betting next year Movie 42 with sweep the boards, go after stuff that you can have fun tearing down or even things that win oscars, just with different categories.

I doubt anyone will remember Movie 43 a year from now. If it weren't for the cast and directors involved it would have already been relegated to the deepest, darkest pit.

who cares, much worse films than twilight were released last year, the razzies only pick whats most popular that was bad, they never actually pick bad bad films they pick popular films that have a hate element built in,

at least the twilight cast have the excuse that they done it to finnish the multi-billion dollar franchise that has millions of fans, what excuse does adam sandler have for his yearly offering,

That his millions of fans want him to make the films. I'm sure the tens of millions he made from them didn't hurt either
