    Simple question for ye lads,
I just replaced an immersion switch (bath/sink)but am confused as to which position operates which element.
Bath is labeled on bottom....so if the switch is pressed down on bottom that means bigger element Is active?

My confusion comes from the previous switch (second photo) with the switch in the same position it reveals an "ON" in red beside sink label????

Don't worry about that the red on is only telling you that the switch is on i don't know why they bother with it as it is useless info
At the end of the day the first switch marked on/off has to switched on for the element to work the other switch is only a selector for either sink or bath

Is the bottom edge of the switch marked the same way. That switch is going to be on no matter which way it is. Slow day. At least rugby will be on soon.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"
