CS6 video editing problem

You can drag images and scale them in the video timeline. Create a new video group (previously known as video layers) by clicking the film icon.
Add your images/video and drag and scale into place.
Here I've used three groups, one would be enough, unless you need fade in and out.
edit: I've noticed I've miss named the intro and exit layers, but you should get the idea.0
