    Big difference between whether or not there is a legal obligation for them to pay and whether or not a large percentage of them will pay.

    It's all a numbers game....if the cost of collecting money is greater than the amount you stand to gain....you don't bother.

    It kinda makes you laugh when you think about "bashing threads" :)

    That if speak your opinion, or in this case state a true fact (lets be honest people the VAAAAST majority of travellers wont be paying it) Its automatically seen as a "bashing thread" - That you are just being racist or prejudice.

    They nearly all have new cars & vans and don't have work and claim the dole and get free housing of course they wont be paying nobody knows there address even revenue, & if they did they stil wouldnt chase them for it cause they keep the money under the mattress like Bertie.

    The vast majority of the travelling community will not be paying the LPT. Whether they are liable is neither here nor there. They won't be paying it.
