    think theres a group meet from Delta retail park sunday mornings about 9am. seen a group of cyclists gathering there a few times. check out the Limerick page under Regions and someone might be able to help you

    Anywhere from 26-28km/h for anywhere from 2-3.5 hours?I'm easy enough!that sort of distance/speed suit?
