Egg yoke for me only with my fry. A busted egg while frying is curtains.

You , Sir , are a champion among men.
Few understand the runny egg , fewer still , the cooked tomato.

I put sweet chili sauce on scrambled eggs once to make my squeamish housemate feel uneasy, but I ended up really liking it and now I can't really eat scrambled or poached eggs without it. Except for omelettes, because it mixes with the ham and that's disgusting.

One hour at 62.5°C in a Sous Vide water bath.

    Perfect egg.

Sometimes brown, sometimes red. Both are nice.

But often, on the rare occasion I do have a full Irish, I use egg yolk as the "sauce".

    60g of oat porridge
    with 200ml of semi-skimmed milk
heated in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
with a glass of water to wash it down.

I can't understand red sauce for sausages/rashers. Red sauce is for chips and brown sauce is for pork-based breakfasty food!

Garlic and Chili sauce , real men eat leftover kebabs for their breakfast .

Brown sauce is vile. What's it even supposed to taste like? Brown flavour?

Was having some chips once and I got a tub of brown sauce thinking it was barbecue sauce. Smothered them in it. Worst lunch ever.
