    Hi All,

I have a user i installed MS Lync for. He has a 64 bit machine running windows 7. Ive installed all the back end stuff needed to make it compatible. Installed the application and no success, when i click on the application to launch it, nothing happens. It doesnt even show in the process list.

It runs just fine under my profile but when he logs in no joy.

Ive checked the error log's and it says the application isnt available on the machine basically.

    Any Ideas?

Does the user in question have admin rights on this machine? If not grant him/her temporary admin rights as the application might require some sort of initial setup for the first run.
You might get a better response in the Windows forum.

He does have local admin on the machine. It seems profile specific.
