    If you don't return the fis newal form, can you make an new clam with a first time form soon after? Is it better to do this if you know you are getting a pay cut in a couple of months ?

    Perhaps you are referring to the Report from the Expert Group on Tax and Social Welfare which recommended a child income support supplement, rather than FIS and qualified child Increase as well as other measures to help low income families

    If so, this is just a policy / discussion document, and is a long long way from legislation. You are scaremongering.
