Wireless drops as soon as Macbook is moved?

My wireless signal is lost as soon as I move my macbook. I can sometimes manage to move it dead flat and very slowly and place it somewhere else without losing my connection but it's really defeating the point of a laptop. Has anyone else had this problem? I assume it's a hardware problem...

sounds like a hardware problem I'd get it into an Apple repair centre
