I am just wondering what kind of trainers you would suggest? I only want cheap ones, 30-50E as I won't be doing that much running, that site looks reasonable. I want some support, I wear supports in my shoes. What do you think of barefoot trainers? What trainers would you suggest off there?

There's none of the shoes in that link suitable for running.

If you are using orthotic insoles you need a neutral running shoe to go with them. More this kind of thing per your budget

Oh thanks, I meant to link to running shoes, so any aul neutral one will do? I do wear those insoles, yes.
I'm not sure what is the difference in a 50£ and a 20£ and a 6£ running shoe from that link etc. Guess I'll look up some reviews thanks.
