What is the best strategy to insulate externally a flat bay window roof?

    Hi All,

    I've got an advice from the surveyor about the flashing and insulating a flat bay window roof (concrete slab), have been shown infrared images as well - terrible cold bridge inside of the living room.

    This looks to me like a relatively small job which is possible to DIY. What would be the general approach in this case - eps/xps board + some king of roofing membrane?

    Any advice is much appreciated.
