    You get a Certificate of Tax Credits from your local Revenue office and give it to your employer.

    The tax office send them the certificate and I've already done that

    So long as the cert issued on a normal basis, then your employer should refund you the emergency tax in your wages.

    As above- you should ask your employer if the certificate received is on the 'normal cumulative basis' (which is what you want it to be) or on the 'emergency basis'. If it's the former, your tax will be sorted out when your next pay is being calculated- it might take 2 runs of pay possibly if the details haven't been entered on time etc
