Insurance on a Micra

    Anyone any idea how much insurance will be for a first time driver 18 year old male on a late 90s or maybe 00 or 01 Micra around 1 litre?

    Through Asgard via a broker I'd say around the 1800 mark. Tbh nobody can give you a straight answer though as there are too many variables to consider such as location, if you have any offences under your belt (both motoring and non-motoring) any illnesses ect. Young drivers insurance has increased in the past couple of months though.

    Look up a Micra up on donedeal.
    Note down reg.
    Go to a few insurance sites.
    Enter fake name and fake mail but correct age and other details, town, NCB etc.
    Put reg from Micra in.
    See quote.

    Go back to whoever had best quote and use your real name this time and buy.
