berst method of reseeding peaty soil

    i have a few acres of peaty soil that is rough but needs reseeding badly, what method would i use to do this

    I would imagine the tine seeder would be the best bet it will just scratch the surface and should be flexible enough to go over the rough ground, or spread the grass seed you self and run over with a chain harrow but i think the first option could be better

    After doing this spread 1-2 bags of granlime/acre and then 2-3000 gallons/acre of slurry this should cover the seed and get it going. Gran lime will get ph right straight away and decay any dead grass.
