PassIV/PVC window u-value

We are renovating our house and wondering about windows. We were hoping to get PassIV triple glazed as understood they were one of the best. However, when I check the website of the supplier it states the following after each type of window:

PVC window: "Window U-value as low as 0.65W/m2K"
PassIV window: "Centre pane U-value as low as 0.5W/m2K"

I would have thought the PassIV window would have a lower u-value or am I missing something?

the website says the passiV window (HARDWOOD)
    U-values as low as 0.58W/m²K

    passiV window (UPVC)
Window U-value as low as 0.65W/m2K

two different materials, and it appears the hardwood is better.

the 'centre pane' u value isnt something you can compare to a 'whole window' u value
