Hi

I have a derelict house I am looking to secure the boundary.

I am looking for the most advantageous in terms of cost and security.
I was think of

Block Wall
Concrete panels
Palisade fencing
Some form of Secure Mesh fencing.

What would you recommend and what cost can I expect. Low cost is best.
Looks are not important
