    Hi.
I have been made redundant 3 months ago and now qualify to apply for an internship but i have just found out I am 2 months pregnant. Can I still apply for an internship?

You probably could. But you have to be registered unemployed for at least three months before you can apply. By then, you'll be 5-6 months pregnant.

On balance, it probably isn't worth it. Wait until the little one is born.

    Congrats, BTW! :)

Hey, I would say apply for an internship and see how things go. If you out of work a while no harm getting a bit of experience to fill in a bit of time to have something to do. If the internship is not for you there is no obligation to keep on with the internship. No harm trying one out?

There are internships that are roughly 6-9 months on average some longer some shorter so maybe just apply for the shorter ones. If you were working you would be going on leave at that point anyway?

If the internship gets too much no obligation to keep going with the internship, try applying again in a year or so. Best of luck.

    Congrats as well!

I think i will give it a try and as you said there wont be any obligation. Thanks for the advice :)
