    Hi,

I'm looking for advice on the best/most cost effective document management software for a small/medium sized practice. The software is needed to archive working papers (microsoft format's), emails, pdf's, sage datasets etc.

In a previous job the practice used Fortis which I found to be quite easy to use. It was also quite simple for locating previously archived documents. However, having googled fortis document management, there doesn't seem to be much info coming up and it may be a case that the software has not been updated for a few years.

Adest seem's to currently be the most popular based on the amount of info coming up on google.

    Anyone have any recommendations?
