With all this talk about Jackson and Marshall playing, it got me thinking about the teams that day in the first game in Lansdowne (31/7/10).

Interesting to look at the teams. It's not a surprise the Ulster/Leinster team ran out winners really (Match Report)

Looking at Ulster, Leinster, assuming Jackson/Marshall play on Sunday, there are 4 capped players in there (all ulster) as well as some prominent Leinster A players like Coghlan-Murray. But jeez, some of crop of ulster youngsters!

What happened to Alex Kelly? Thought he was meant to be pretty decent

Still lining out at centre for UCD. Wasn't interested in a professional career.

What about Peter Du Toit? He impressed me in that game, albeit he was playing behind a completely dominant pack.

I'm a bit disapointed we haven't heard more of Steven Leckey since then. He was a very promising back row at school and stood out in that game as well.

Du Toit had a year playing U21 Currie Cup and I haven't heard from him since
