I have a 04 tdci..very comfortable 55mpg on long run 35urban,loads of power and quick enough..
Injectors can give trouble and are expensive
Dual mass ful wheel gives trouble and costly enough.
I would recommend one

Mondeo's are often bought by fleet companies which causes them to depreciate faster. For that reason I wouldn't go near a brand new one but it makes them a very good buy second hand

I had a 04 mondeo tdci. It was a nice comfortable car but like all cars they have there problems, as said above injectors (injector pump on older models), clutch and flywheel also rear brake calipers are a common problem as are subframe bushings.
