You want it in bloom at its normal time of year.... Or forced?
Big garden centers will stock mature specimen trees, but cherry blossom doesn't bloom for long. If you want this for a wedding I suggest a fake one. If your local flower wholesaler doesn't have them, Here is a uk supplier of artificial trees.
