Direct Sales Job

    Hi there
    Im looking to see if anyone out there who is experienced in direct sales in interested in positions i have available, there are commission only to begin with but im hoping to put together a good team that i can trust and then we an discuss salaries, this is a high commission rate and the average commission will be 300-700, there will be no cold calling and all appointments and will be qualified and set up from office, but experience in cold calling and generating new appointments will be a bonus

    I always wondered how people get on with these jobs, no sale no pay, i suppose you have to be a top salesman,
    but no guaranteed wage even if you put in the hours.

    So there will be no cold calling but experience in cold calling is a bonus?? I smell a rat...

    I went for a day shadowing one of these type of guys before and he brought me out of Dublin as far as Kells, then midway through the day decided to tell me that it was commission.
