Hi, I'm new here, and also new to the teaching profession, having qualified this year.

I have an interview for a post coming up soon, and was wondering if anyone here would have any advise as to what type of question may arise.

Having looked at the criteria for the post, one area that has me stumped is: "Knowledge and experience of school planning and development" - Any ideas on what kind of knowledge is required here?

As this is my first interview, I know my chances are slim but would like to be as best prepared as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Thanks for that. I'm probably sounding totally clueless now, but where could I read up on the specific plans of a school. Can't seem to find any of the like on the school website. (This is exactly what they don't teach you in college)

It's unlikely that the actual subject plan would be on the net, but am pm-ing you a sample of one school. Likewise the three year plan of another.

    Hey,

If it's not to much trouble, can you please pm me the sample too? In a similar situation myself!
