So I'm taking on a little project- alloy restoration and was just wondering the cost of a few things that are needed.

    1. Bondo (if required)
    2. Primer
    3. Sand Paper 120-400 grit
    4. Mineral spirits (Is this just white spirits/turpentine?)

    Cheers

i do a lot of alloy refubs, for a DIY job you will need

Paint strippers €10 - €20 depending on the brand and size you buy

sand paper can cost €1 -€2 a sheet and you will need a few different grades of paper, 180, 320 and 800 max 2 sheets of each, ( i rip them in half and use half for each wheel)

    scuff pads €1 - €2 each 4 needed

    panel wipe/cleaner €10 for a small tin

primer spray can price depends on brand €5 - €15

base colour spray can €15 - €20 a can max 2 cans needed

    lacquer €15 - €20 max 2 cans needed

i hope this helps you out
