Age doesnt impact whether someone pays tax or not

Register for Payeanytime and request a p21 for 2012

Have you a pps number? -- if so just ring your local tax district & give them your employer details (get employer number from Next) they will issue a certificate of tax credits & cut off rate to your employer and any over/under payment of tax for 2013 will be sorted through their next payroll run

The letter (D) on your P60 means tax deducted .

The letter (R) on your P60 means refunded .

To see if you are still on emergency in 2013 tax year , have a look at your payslip and check the tax code .

If it is (E) your are on emergency tax .
