Is it possible to supply 2 rooms with the same RF output from one sky box, using sky eyes in both rooms so box can be controlled?

    Yes,

You'll need to feed from the RF2 to a link amplifier and then run from there to your two rooms, with an eye in each room.

Sometimes works with just a splitter instead of the amplifier but best to use the amplifier. The amplifier is powered from the RF2

yeah I've some splitters with power to all ports and some with just power to one port. I've also got an old sky 4 port distribution amp (uses the 9v).

Sorry but are you not a installer, strange question for an installer to ask, how could you not have come across this before.

your correct, very rarely deal with sky stuff. Just helping out a friend with some internal cabling in a house with sky. I usually do foreign/fta stuff.
