Im getting some grant aid for a small business. Of course everything has to be above board so Im applying for planning to build a small shed (in rural area). I just wondering do I have to apply for a treatment unit to take the hand washing water or can it go to soakaway?
The costs involved in providing a treatment unit might just tip this idea over the edge.

    1. do I have to apply for a treatment unit to take the hand washing water or

    2. can it go to soakaway?

    1. possibly
    2. no

also, in order to comply with HSA and building regulations sanitary facilities could very well need to be provided on site.

you need to contact the HSA to get the answers to these questions.
