2007 Auris Wiper Blades

    Hi folks

    Was quoted €40 for a set of wiper blades for an Auris there in local motor factors. Apparently there's a 'special connection' on them which is why they cost so much? Seems very rich to me for wipers, has anyone any ideas where I might get them cheaper?

    Have you tried a main dealer? Sometimes parts can be surprisingly cheaper from them than a motor factors. You could also try online but you need to know exactly which type to buy.

    I replaced them on my 08. I didn't see any special conection on them - they were the same as any other wiper I ever replaced. They cost €22 and they were bosch ones. This didn't include the rear wiper. Bought from these guys https://www.speedyparts.ie/ but in store.

    Far more reasonable, cheers for that! I wonder if I'd have them for Sunday if I ordered today...

    Nope, we fit Bosch wipers here to Auris. €22 for the pair.

    They are about €28 from your main dealer

    So the motor factor price of €40 is nothing more than a rip off. Cheers lads, main dealer it is so...I need them by Sunday.
