I noticed it there a bit after I posted it. It's just that I rarely see the city lined up from the east looking in, it's always set up like you see on the map.

You could, and this is just an idea I'm throwing out, tilt your head, as if you are trying to listen to your right shoulder. After you've done that, look at the picture again, and presto ****ing changeo, its the right way up.

Upon reading that, I instantly clicked on the link..and found that it was indeed, similar to what he said. That is until I saw those small bright dots that were the post lights

My description when I first saw it was more like a glass that broke from being hit with a bullet in the middle (w/o the bullet hole)
