    Hi, been doing some free weight exercises at home for a while to stay fit and I've recently joined a gym and decided to do it properly. I got this plan and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas about it.

    HIIT
    Run 3mins x5 2mins x7 .30seconds x9 repeat x6

    ARMS
    Bicep Curl : 3x15
    Triceps Dip : 3x15
    Kick Backs : 3 x 12

    CHEST
    Chest Press machine : 3x12
    Single Arm db Press : 3x10
    Chest Fly : 3 x 10
    Pec Deck machine : 3 x 10

    SHOULDERS
    Shoulder Press machine : 3x10
    Lateral/Front db Raise : 2x10
    Shrugs : 3x10

    BACK
    Lat Pull Down machine: 3x15
    Pull Up : 3 x 8

    LEGS
    Leg Press machine : 3x12
    Lunges : 2x20
    Squats : 3x10

    AB'S
    Decline sit up : 3x20
    An Curl Med Ball : 3x15
    V Up : 3x15
    Med Ball Twist : 3x20
    Plank Hold : 4x45 seconds
