    Fits 27.2mm seatposts.
    Still waterproof.
    Seatpost attachment works perfect.
    The drawstring thing is not fully operational.

    Does this come with the yoke that it attaches to on the seatpost?

    Yes, it's the black thing with the red yoke and the silver lads on it.
