“You can say we have not been testing for horse. Why would we? We don’t test for hedgehog either.”

    Sounds like a legend imo.

Yes and we know what happened to Ratner's business. The FB page of Iceland is full of negative comments.

Admitting that you wouldn't buy/use/eat the crap products that you sell is not usually a good marketing move.

I think he just meant that they can only find what they specifically test for.

Also probably not a good idea making jokes about the fact that they don't have afeckin clue what is in their ****ey food

Just to remind Sun readers what a hedgehog looks like. They're a forgetful bunch, bless 'em.

I mean the caption under it, I know it's the Sun and it's probably inane drivel but it's undecipherable to me.

I wouldn't shop in Iceland but I believe some of my servants do.

Think it was just a place holder for the image that they didn't remove?

"Barb...hedgehog" as in he made a barbed comment about food testing standards (cats, dogs, hedgehogs) and hedgehogs have pointy bits. At least I think that's what they were doing.

Unusually huge picture to illustrate the point though (pun intended, shamefully).

Surely anyone with any wit knows that 8 burgers bought for a quid aren't exactly going to be great quality?
