My illness benefit finished in feb2012 after the 2 yrs and then i apply for disabiltiy allowance. I was diagnoised with akylosing spondolitis in Nov 2010 and im on injections for life since then. I was employed but my doc and my company doc wld not allow me to return to work due to the heavy lifting and pushing of materials for a 10hr period every wk for 4 nights. I have been seeing a specialist since the begining but my condition has not eased off even with the strong injections.
I got call in may 2012 to social welfare doc and was turned down i appeal and saw a second doc in sept. I hadnt heard anything since up to JAN 2013 when i recieved a letter from appeals office telling me that the " appeals officers decision is " the appeal is disallowed. It doesnt tell me that i can appeal anywhere, when i checked up on appealing on the web its says you cant appeal descion made by chief appeals office???.
In the meantime i was let go work in NOV 2012, as there company doc couldnt give them any return to work date for me. Last yr we had to apply for fis as we could surrive on hubbys wages thats since march last yr.
Any one have any idea on what wld be the next step for me please, i really have no idea where to go from here
    Thanks :-) :-)
