    Howiya Harry!
If you can stretch to it, the Diadora Proracer is a better shoe at a great price.

I had SIDI's before and found them somewhat narrower..The Diadora is a very comfortable shoe. The strap and ratchet system ensures a very good fit although with the venting, you will need a pair of overshoes in the current climate!

Have a look around and see if you can find a discount code..Believe it or not, they will honour it despite the already hefty discount.

i think mine worked out at about 108 euro once I had found a code.

They had them delivered inside of 2 days also..

    Best of luck.

    Ck.

another vote for the proracer if you can stretch that far, i picked hem up recently and really like them, was worried at the start they were a bit uncomfortable, but have to say really like them now that i have broken them in

    Hi
I started a similar thread a few days ago.
    Still undecided between
    SIDI Genius 5's
    Diadora Pro Racer
    Diadora Jet Racer

Is there much difference between the Pro Racer and the Jet Racer?

EDIT: FWIW the sales guy in CRC I spoke to last week didn't rate NW shoes too highly.
He used Diadora himself and rated them very highly, higher than SIDI.

Thanks for the info guys. I hadn't realised there was ventilation in the Diadorras. I tend to find it a bit irritating. I don't really need it and as said it's really annoying in colder months or rainy months.

I hear what you're saying about Northwave. Have read they can look really cheap, but hold up fine. I'm tempted by the unusual blue (not a priority I know).

Anything over 100e is out my budget, I really have to keep to it.

    Guess I'll keep looking.
