Road works on the Mill Rd

Last week there were works on the road just up from the Aldi site. But now the works seem to be finished leaving the road a mess with a big bump of tar in the middle of the road. Looks like they didn't bother to roll the tar so its like a speed ramp. Great work!!!

they may be coming back to do more works - who was doing the work, the council, Bord Gais?
