    Hello,

Does anyone know the accepted notice that needs to be given for showing a rental property(with tenants in it) thats up for sale? As long as all parties are agreed I would assume asap but what if their isnt agreement, is their a minimum length of time the tenant needs to be given notice for? Thanks in advance

Technically a tenant does not have to agree to such a viewing at all, so there is no minimum notice as such.

Should the tenant be agreeable to such an arrangement, then Id say a minimum of 48 hours notice would be fair. Obviously any such viewing would be entirely at the tenants convenience, so they should be given as much notice as possible.
