Paypal query

    Sorry to start a new thread but im new to this so dont know where to find my question/answer-

    When someone transfers money to my account does paypal take a certain % off it?

    Eg.. Some put 20euro into my paypal, but when i check it only comes up at 18.97euro

    Is it a certain amount thats taken or a certain % of each transfer.

    Its 35c + 3.4% as far as I know.
