ddr2 ram latency

    I'm building a PC and looking for DDR2 RAM, one item I've found on ebay quotes
    "Cas latency of 5, and timing of 5-5-5-12"

    its corsair PC6400 DDR2-800

    price is good, but are the figures good/bad/medium ?

    Even if you could find better, chances motherboard wont do any better..

    those are about best figures for stuff out there..
