    More bulls***t from the Indo:rolleyes: Those hospitals were hopelessly over budget, so what has happened is that HSE has levelled the playing field on condition that no one goes over budget from now on. Whether that happens or not, well................. we'll see:(.

    Perhaps you are right. But the article is mainly about parochialism. And this seems to be flourishing under this guy.

    Surely you cannot blame the Indo for citing facts?
