That's right, for the last five years these guys at the Cartographer's Guild have been constructing Middle Earth and in fact the entire planet of Arda on a 1:1 Scale. Apparently the Misty Mountains work out as roughly the same length as the Alps. The best part is you can download and explore the whole thing for free, right…

That's right, for the last five years these guys at the Cartographer's Guild have been constructing Middle Earth and in fact the entire planet of Arda on a 1:1 Scale. Apparently the Misty Mountains work out as roughly the same length as the Alps.
