I have a duplex apartment and at the moment have 2 storage heaters downstairs and a conventional heater upstairs. The storage heaters are old now and one has caved in. In all the years living here I have only about twice turned on the conventional heater upstairs. Now that I need to replace one storage heater(which is the manual also) I am thinking of what type of electric heating system to go with.As I am only here during the day at weekends and evenings during the week I am wondering should I go with a system like Farho or Lucht heating systems? Has anyone used these? Or should I just stay with the storage heaters? Or is there any other electric heating system I should consider?

Haha look who it is?! Did you ever get either the Lucht or Farho heaters? I'm just starting to look into it as I've decided the Dimplex duo heaters are sh*te. After 2-3 weeks of using one I've worked out that it'll probably cost around 70-80 a month, for just one rad??? That's insane. And I see Smart Electrics have a special offer at the moment for a large standard radiator

    Whaddya reckon?
