HELP! Chocolate Souffle - can I use gelatine sheets instead of powdered?

Hoping one of you can help me!
Want to make this Slimming World recipe later (will replace the apricot with mango). Have all the ingredients but I only have gelatine sheets.
As I don't have the powdered gelatine, will the sheets suffice?
And how many will I use?
Any help much appreciated, thank you! :)

    Gelatine?
I was doing a chocolate Souffle the other day and it was just 65g chocolate and one egg (per portion).

    Was actaully really good :)

Yep, I use something similar. Super easy (I've been making it since I was a child) and no messing around with gelatine.
