Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can simplify kildare local needs. I am putting an offer on a half built property but local needs apply. According to local needs the purchuser must live within 5Km of the property. Any know anymore on this ?

you have answerd your own question its pretty straight forward. For planning permission to remain valid purchuser must be a local living within 5km of the property.
