Generally those who want to get rid of it or those who want it the most draw it or pay to draw it themselves. So if its wet and the person who has it can't travel his ground he may draw to other maybe drier farm. This position may be reversed if the ground was drier.

Import pig slurry. Its delivered to the tank or spread on the field for free. Hear that they have been paying people to take it for the last few months.

so,its free to whoever wants it. I assumed it would have some value, considering the cost of 0.7.30 and 0.10.20. my ground is wet and cannot take the tanker for much of the year ,so I was going to replace the slurry with compounds like 27. 2.5. 5.
